How it works
From stall to installed system
Four steps. No software theater. You leave each stage with something you can point at.
Find the expensive stall
We walk a real lead or job from first touch to done. We mark every wait, rewrite, and forgotten follow-up.
Write the system in English
Trigger, filters, messages, alerts, and the log. You approve the map before anything is built.
Build it in your stack
We connect the live tools, test with sample records, then watch the first real events with you.
Make it yours
You get the runbook: how to pause it, how to change the reply, and who gets the alert.
What the free audit includes
A focused working session. We do not walk you through a product tour. We look at where money and hours leak, then name the one or two systems that would change a normal week.
If we are not the right fit, we say so. If we are, you get a written scope for a package or a single system from the library.
Will you work inside our existing tools?
Yes. Forms, ads, inbox, calendar, CRM, payments, and review links stay where they are. The system is the wiring between them.
What do we need before the audit?
A recent example of a lead or job that stalled, and access notes for the tools involved. We can still run the audit if you only have the story.
Who maintains the system?
After handoff, your team can pause it, read the log, and change simple copy. Larger changes can be scoped as a follow-on install.
