Plan, renewal, cancellation, and how the AI answering works.
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using our service, "you") and Crypto Boutique LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as Blur AI Solutions ("we", "us"). They cover the Blur AI Solutions after-hours answering service and this website. By signing up or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
The plan includes after-hours answering by Nora, an AI voice agent, calendar booking, and a summary of every after-hours call, sent to you by text message. The monthly price is $297. Add-ons, such as emergency transfer, missed-call text-back, Spanish, daytime overflow, and callback, are available on request, ask us.
Service is currently not available to businesses located in Florida, Oklahoma or California.
Two ways to pay
Month to month. A one-time setup fee of $897, then $297 a month. The subscription renews automatically every month at $297 until you cancel.
12-month plan. $297 a month with a 12-month commitment that starts on your first payment. The $897 setup fee is waived. If you cancel before the 12 months end, the waived $897 setup fee becomes due, and we collect it by a manual invoice sent to you. After 12 months the plan continues month to month at $297 until you cancel, with no setup fee owed.
Existing customers keep the terms and price they signed up under. These changes apply to sign-ups from October 13, 2026.
Payments run on Stripe. Checkout and your card statement show Crypto Boutique, our parent company.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime by calling (816) 683-2229 or through our contact form, or use the billing link in any receipt if available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no further monthly charges. On the 12-month plan, cancelling before the 12 months end makes the waived $897 setup fee due, collected by a manual invoice.
Setup fee refunds
The $897 setup fee is non-refundable, including when it becomes due on an early cancel of the 12-month plan. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded.
Fair use
Plans include fair-use call minutes for a typical small trade business. If your volume runs well above that, we'll contact you before any change in price.
AI answering, recording, and transcripts
Nora is an AI, not a person. Calls and chats may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. Recording and transcription are done by ElevenLabs. Recordings and transcripts are kept 90 days in ElevenLabs. A summary of every after-hours call is sent to you by text message. See our privacy policy.
You are responsible for any notices your own callers need in your state about AI answering and recording. We can add a greeting line on request.
No guarantees
We work to answer every call and book correctly, but we do not guarantee bookings, revenue, or that every call connects. AI can make mistakes; check summaries before acting on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Missouri law.
