This policy explains how Crypto Boutique LLC, doing business as Blur AI Solutions ("we", "us"), handles personal information. It covers bluraisolutions.com, calls to (816) 683-2229, and the Nora chat on this site. Blur AI Solutions is based in Kansas City, MO.

Forms

The callback form on the homepage collects your name, phone number, business or trade, and the best time to call. The audit form on the contact page collects your name, email, business, website, where work stalls, and your message. Both forms are sent by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, to our inbox as a lead email. A hidden spam trap field is included. We use what you send to reply to your request.

Calls and texts

If you ask for a callback, we may call or text you about your request. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Calls and chats may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. Calls to (816) 683-2229 are answered by Nora, an AI voice agent. Phone calls are carried by Twilio.

AI voice and chat (ElevenLabs)

AI voice and chat are provided by ElevenLabs, both on the phone and in the Nora chat on this site. Before a chat starts, you are asked to agree to recording. ElevenLabs records audio and keeps transcripts of calls and chats. Recordings and transcripts are kept 90 days in ElevenLabs, then deleted. Anything you say or type, such as your name, number, or address, becomes part of that record. The chat code loads from unpkg.com, and the chat may load its own resources from other providers, including a font from Google Fonts and images from Google Cloud Storage.

Lead emails and post-call webhook copies

Form submissions reach us as lead emails. After each call or chat, a summary and transcript may also be sent to us by email and by a post-call webhook to our systems. Messages and call summaries sent to our inbox are kept as long as needed to respond and serve you, and deleted on request (call (816) 683-2229 or use our contact form).

Clients of the answering service

When Nora answers calls for a business that uses our service, the caller details Nora collects are sent to that business, including in a summary of every after-hours call, sent to the business by text message. The client business is responsible for any notices its own callers need in its state. We can add a greeting line on request.

Text message summaries

Call summaries are sent to the owner by text message, once the client opts in to texts. If a client opts in, summaries of after-hours calls may be sent to the owner by text. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We never sell mobile numbers or opt-in data, and we never share them for marketing.

Payments (Stripe)

Sign-up and monthly billing run on Stripe. The Stripe payment page collects your name, email, phone, billing address, business name, and card details. We receive a payment record, not your full card number. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy.

Hosting and cookies

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We do not run analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or session recording on this site. Fonts come from your device. There are no maps on this site.

Sharing and your choices

We share information only with the providers named here, which process it for us, or when the law requires. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. To see, correct, or delete what we hold, call (816) 683-2229, email john@bluraisolutions.com, or use the contact form.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.
