Before you call
Is Nora a real person?
No. Nora is an AI voice agent. She speaks naturally, asks one question at a time, and if a caller sincerely asks whether she is AI, she says so.
When does Nora answer?
On the after-hours schedule you set, such as nights, weekends, and holidays, and any time you turn on call forwarding. Daytime overflow is available on request, ask us.
Do I keep my business number?
Yes. Your number forwards to Nora when you are closed. We set up the forwarding with you and show you how to turn it off.
How does booking work?
Nora books open slots on your calendar, inside the hours and job types you set. If a job needs you first, she takes the caller's best time for a callback instead.
What do I get after a call?
A summary of every after-hours call, sent to you by text: the caller's name, number, address, the problem, and the booked time or callback time. Robocalls and sales pitches are marked as spam.
What does it cost?

Is there a contract?
Only if you want one. Month to month has an $897 setup fee (non-refundable) and you can cancel anytime by calling (816) 683-2229 or through our contact form. The 12-month plan waives the setup fee; if you cancel before the 12 months end, the $897 setup fee is owed.
What about emergency transfer or Spanish?
Those are available on request, ask us. The standard plan is after-hours answering, calendar booking, and a summary text after every after-hours call.
