Setup fee questions
Why is there an $897 setup fee?
Setup is real work: we build Nora for your business name, greeting, jobs and calendar rules, set up call forwarding with you, and run test calls. On month to month you pay that once, and it is non-refundable.
How do I skip the setup fee?
Choose the 12-month plan. You pay $297 a month for 12 months and no setup fee. If you cancel before the 12 months end, the waived $897 setup fee becomes due, and we send a manual invoice for it.
What happens after 12 months?
The plan continues month to month at $297 until you cancel. No setup fee is owed.
Is the monthly price different on the two plans?
No. Both are $297 a month with the same features. The only difference is the setup fee and the commitment. See the terms.
